De la nécessité de poursuivre la lutte contre l’islamophobie

La récente dissolution du Collectif Contre l’Islamophobie en France (CCIF), doit nous interroger sur les modalités de poursuite du combat contre ce racisme qui vise, souvent impunément, les musulmans de France.
L’enjeux est important, et la disparition, du territoire national, de cette structure historique de la lutte, ne doit pas entacher la détermination des militants et des citoyens engagés, à dénoncer ce fléau qu’est l’islamophobie.
Depuis des années, le CCIF a eu à subir un acharnement, tant politique que médiatique, visant à criminaliser ses actions comme ses soutiens.
Il faut être clair sur une chose: dissoudre des structures n’éteint pas les luttes, et ne doit jamais les affecter d’aucune manière.
Sereinement, la détermination doit être de rigueur, et ce combat pour la dignité des musulmans, poursuivi.
Le projet de loi contre le « séparatisme », qui sera vraisemblablement le projet phare du gouvernement en cette fin de quinquennat, mérite toute notre attention et notre intransigeance.
Les mesures contenues dans ce texte controversé et liberticide, ne doivent pas être acceptées. Se résigner au silence, c’est cautionner une politique hostile et pleine de préjugés envers les musulmans du pays.
La liberté d’expression, la liberté d’association, et la liberté de conscience doivent-être protégées et préservées.
À l’heure où nos dirigeants se préparent à partir en campagne, en usant de polémiques et de restrictions de libertés, restons mobilisés pour les actions à venir. Soyons soudés autour des figures militantes qui incarnent ce combat et ne cédons pas à ceux qui veulent nous diviser en prétendant qu’on ne peut pas condamner clairement le terrorisme, tout en dénonçant l’islamophobie.
